Review: I used the kit CSB-E08487f to test tilapia serum under temperature stress. The serum was not diluted. The test results showed that the standard curve was normal, and the cortisol content in the sample was in the range of 50-200ng/mL. The experimental methods and steps of the product are detailed, and also provide solutions to possible problems and warm tips, which are very humane and scientific. However, most of the solution in the kit has a large amount of remaining after the use of the 96-well plate, and the number of well plates coated with antibodies is small. It is suggested that the number of well plates can be increased and the amount of some reagents can be reduced.
