Description

DLL3 is an atypical Notch ligand that functions as a cis-inhibitor of Notch signaling, making it a high-value target in antibody development programs for neuroendocrine tumors. This recombinant human DLL3 partial construct (aa 27–492) is expressed in mammalian cells with a C-terminal 6xHis tag, preserving native-like glycosylation critical for accurate binding studies. Functional ELISA validation demonstrates that immobilized DLL3 at 2 μg/mL binds anti-DLL3 recombinant antibody with an EC50 of 1.102–1.707 ng/mL, confirming robust receptor-ligand interaction suitable for antibody screening, epitope binning, and SPR-based affinity measurements. Applications : Antigen

Review: I performed an ELISA experiment using the CSB-MP882142HU product, and the EC50 was measured to be 2.267-3.180 ng/ml. The results show that the protein has excellent binding activity. In subsequent immune experiments, the mouse serum showed high titers, the sensitivity of the screened antibodies was high, and the affinity was good. These findings suggest that the antigen performs well and meets expectations.
