TSHR

The gene TSHR encodes the Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone Receptor. Also known as the thyrotropin receptor, it is a G-protein coupled receptor. Upon binding with thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), TSHR activates the adenylate cyclase and phospholipase C pathways, which are crucial for the regulation of thyroid function.
Mutations in TSHR are associated with various thyroid - related diseases, such as congenital hypothyroidism and Graves' disease. In drug development, efforts have focused on developing antagonists and agonists of TSHR to treat these disorders, with some promising candidates in pre - clinical and clinical trials.

Untransfected HEK293T cells (green line) and transfected Human TSHR HEK293T stable cells (red line) were stained with anti-TSHR antibody (CSB-RA025131MA1HU) (2µg/1*10⁶cells), washed and then followed by APC-conjugated anti-Human IgG Fc antibody and analyzed with flow cytometry.

The purity of TSHR was greater than 95% as determined by SEC-HPLC
