Description

CD73 (NT5E) is a key ectoenzyme that hydrolyzes extracellular AMP to adenosine, modulating purinergic signaling in cardiovascular and immune microenvironments. This recombinant human construct spans residues 27–547, expressed in mammalian cells with a C-terminal 6xHis tag positioned to preserve the catalytic domain's accessibility for substrate engagement.
