This Pig IL1B ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Pig IL1B protein in serum, plasma, cell culture supernates, tissue homogenates. It is a Sandwich ELISA kit, its detection range is 3.9 pg/mL-250 pg/mL and the sensitivity is 0.975 pg/mL .

Review: The results are very satisfactory. I used the cell culture medium supernatant, and the other kits had interfering factors, but the CUSABIO did not, and after trying several other kits, I found that this brand was the only one that worked well.

Hello, please advise if the Pig IL-1b ELISA kit (#CSB-E06782p) recognizes only mature IL-1b or both mature and pro-IL-1b protein. Thank you.

Potent proinflammatory cytokine. Initially discovered as the major endogenous pyrogen, induces prostaglandin synthesis, neutrophil influx and activation, T-cell activation and cytokine production, B-cell activation and antibody production, and fibroblast proliferation and collagen production. Promotes Th17 differentiation of T-cells. Synergizes with IL12/interleukin-12 to induce IFNG synthesis from T-helper 1 (Th1) cells.
