Description

Glypican-3 is a heparan sulfate proteoglycan overexpressed in hepatocellular carcinoma and several other malignancies, making it a high-value target for oncology research and therapeutic antibody development. This recombinant human GPC3 construct (aa 25–559, C-terminal 6×His tag) demonstrates confirmed binding to human FGFb in a functional ELISA with an EC50 no greater than 50 ng/ml, providing a suitable basis for ligand-interaction studies, receptor-binding assays, and screening of anti-GPC3 antibody candidates. Produced in a mammalian expression system to support native-like post-translational modifications, the protein meets the quality thresholds commonly required for functional cell-based assays and in vivo studies, with purity exceeding 95% by SDS-PAGE and endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg by LAL testing.
