Immunofluorescence staining of A549 cell with CSB-PA009829LA01HU at 1:30, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

Description

Initially, a rabbit was inoculated with recombinant human GPR75 protein (372-540aa) to generate the GPR75 polyclonal antibody. The resulting antibodies were extracted from the rabbit serum and then purified using protein G affinity chromatography. The purity level of the GPR75 polyclonal antibody was measured to exceed 95%, indicating minimal impurities.

This GPR75 polyclonal antibody can recognize and bind to the GPR75 protein of human origin. Moreover, it has successfully validated its effectiveness in a range of experimental settings, including ELISA, WB, IHC, and IF, enabling the detection of levels, determination of presence and size, and analysis of the distribution of GPR75 protein.

G protein-coupled receptor that is activated by the chemokine CCL5/RANTES. Probably coupled to heterotrimeric Gq proteins, it stimulates inositol trisphosphate production and calcium mobilization upon activation. Together with CCL5/RANTES, may play a role in neuron survival through activation of a downstream signaling pathway involving the PI3, Akt and MAP kinases. CCL5/RANTES may also regulate insulin secretion by pancreatic islet cells through activation of this receptor.
