Description
CRLF2 forms a heterodimeric receptor complex with IL-7Rα to mediate thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) signaling, a pathway implicated in allergic inflammation and certain B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemias. This mammalian-expressed construct spanning residues 25–231 captures the extracellular ligand-binding domain and demonstrates quantifiable antibody-binding activity with an EC50 of 1.630–1.842 ng/mL in functional ELISA, providing a validated reagent for therapeutic antibody epitope mapping, competitive inhibition screening, and receptor-ligand interaction studies by ELISA or surface plasmon resonance. The low endotoxin level (< 1.0 EU/μg) and > 95% purity measured by SDS-PAGE align with standards expected in blocking antibody assays and affinity characterization experiments where contaminating proteins or pyrogens would confound binding kinetics.
