Description
CD47 functions as a "don't eat me" signal that inhibits phagocytosis by binding SIRPα on macrophages, making it a critical target in cancer immunotherapy and immune checkpoint research. This mammalian-expressed extracellular domain (aa 19–139) demonstrates quantified binding to human SIRPα with an EC50 of 98.73–112.7 ng/mL and to anti-CD47 antibody with an EC50 of 1.343–1.561 ng/mL, providing validated performance for ligand-receptor interaction assays by ELISA, SPR, or BLI.
